American Art Donahue in his Spitfire "Massage from Minnesota." Art was from St. Charles, Minnesota, and served with 64 Squadron at RAF Kenley during the Battle of Britain. Art wrote "Tally Ho! Yankee in a Spitfire" (Macmillan, 1941) which told of his BoB experiences. He also wrote "Last Flight from Singapore" about his experiences flying Hurricanes against the Japanese. "Last Flight from Singapore" was published posthumously by Macmillan after Art was lost over the English Channel on September 11, 1942.
