Capt. Charles L. McGraw of the 351st FS/353rd FG, 8th AAF based out of Raydon AF, Suffolk, England. McGraw had 3 aerial victories on April 7, 1945. He joined the 351st on August 18, 1944 along with Lts. Murray, Montgomery, Nicklebur, and Murphey. All survived the war and collectively downed 8.5 enemy planes in aerial combat.
