Flying Fortress B-17G 42-38140 'Lackanookie' 335th BS, 95th BG, 8AF USAAF. Also named 'Dolly's Daughter' 'E. T. O. Happy' 'The Pregnant Goose '. Henry Bloch (first row, left) joined the AAC shortly after the US entered WW II. Serving in the 8th Air Force as a navigator on B-17 bombers, he flew 31 combat missions over Germany, three of them over Berlin.
