At the base of the war memorial in North Lopham, Norfolk, is a memorial to two USAAF crews. Their planes collided over the village on 29 January 1945. The stone is in very poor condition, and the names can hardly be read; ironic, when the last statement on the stone is, "Their Names Will Live Forevermore."
