A tiger-mouthed P-51 Mustang of the 14th Air Force in one of the last South Chinese airbases, before the base was evacuated and razed on the 19th of November 1944 in the face of Japanese advances from the Liuchow area. Printed caption on reverse: '56349 USAF - One of the last South China Air Bases of the 14th Air Force. It was evacuated and blown up 19 Nov. 1944 under the pressure of Japanese advances in central and South China both from the Liuchow area on the North and the West river area from the East.
