20 Foreign pilots, trained by Hubert Zemke, later commanding officer of the 56th Fighter Group, at their Final Graudation. Zemke has handwritten on the reverse: 'April 1942- Bradley Field. Final Graduation of the [illegible] National Pilots. Prresent American pilot wings. This group of 20 foreigners were as good as any nationality I've ever trained. The detachment for this effort consisted of Hub Zemke- 4 other Army fighter pilotsd- some crew chiefs- 5 AT-6 aircraft and 5 P-36 Curtiss Fighters. This picture was [illegible] weeks after they arrived. I never sam them again but heard they were good.'
