William E Gladitsch
MilitaryWith the 324th Sqdn of the 91st Bomber Group at Bassingbourn Gladitsch was initially pilot of 'Queenie' and then 'Sure Shot'. Post war he continued flying, making long trips to Alaska, the Bahamas and Mexico in his job as a doctor of Veterinarian Medicine. For relaxation he skippered a 28ft boat on Lake Superior. He died October 30th 1998.
