William C Budge
MilitaryWilliam Budge served as a co-pilot with the 598th Bomb Squadron of the 397th Bomb Group. On 1 August 1944, his B-26 43-34126 "By Golly" was shot down and crashed near Angers, France. William was taken as a Prisoner of War.
William retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel.
