MilitaryTop Turret Gunner on B-17 'Aire Clyde', he was on his 1st mission when struck in the throat by shrapnel. The 2nd time he was wounded he was on his 3rd mission. He was hit above the left eye with shrapnel. At this time I have no A/C # for B-17.
