Sidney King trained on Course 24 at Falcon Field starting on 20 November 1944.

He was ‘reassigned’ because his night vision was not good enough for night flying and returned to Moncton on 14 December 1944. From there he returned to the UK to work in the RAF accounts department, as he had been training to be an accountant before he joined the RAF. Sidney completed his accountancy training after he left the RAF.
