Centerville, Ohio | 12 January 2017 | HUELS, Robert J. Age 92 of Centerville passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on August 31, 1924 to the late, Herman and Matilda (Weghaupt) Huels. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Florence (Woeste) Huels; children, Tom Huels, Pat (John) Agnew, Sharon (Dennis) Williams, Barb Huels (Tim Jeckering), Mary Huels, Mike (Valerie) Huels, Steve (Lu Ann) Huels; grandchildren, Kate Agnew, Elizabeth and Julia Williams, Ted Jeckering, Nick Huels, Lydia (Avery Leclerc) Huels, Eric, Alex and Alan Huels and many other extended family and friends. Robert served in the Army Air Corp during WWII and was a P.O.W. He graduated from UD and worked as a longtime CPA. He was active in the Knights of Columbus, his community and involved with many charities. |
