The crew of the Texas Chubby flew from 1943 to April of 1944.
Duggan flew 29 missions with the 91st BG, 322nd Sqdn and was awarded the DFC and Air Medal. He then studied law at St Louis University and during a long career served at Mayor of the City of Ferguson 1960-62, and in 1985 became a circuit court judge in St. Charles County. He died May 1998.
