Golden Gate National Cemetery, 1300 Sneath Lane, San Bruno, CA 94006, USA Originally buried by the Germans in the cemetery of Breitenbach, Germany. After the war his remains were recovered and re-interred for a time in the Lorraine American Cemetery, later on 6-Aug-48 his remains moved to the Ardennes American Cemetery. Shortly thereafter his remains were repatriated to the Golden Gate Cemetery, San Bruno, California.
