Aircraft lost 26-Jul-44 on practice mission (salvage) 42-102553. 26-Jul-44, the A/C takeoff was being made by Deininger, who was in the left hand seat. A short runway, #17, was being used and the plane veered off to the side of the runway and collided with tractor, A/C caught fire and burned out. RTD
