Military ROLL OF HONOURThe morning of 20 Nov 44 was hazy when the weather ship (a/c 43-380995) took off at 0557 hours. approximately one minute later at 400 feet altitude the aircraft entered a steep left bank, lost altitude, hit a tree and exploded. the crash resulted in the loss of six lives.
