Shot down by flak and crashed at Tours in B-17 Sequatchiee #43-37876, Killed in Action (KIA).

Killed by French Milice and German Gestapo  in a cellar in the rocks, night of 3/4 August 1944 in Lussault sur Loire, after being helped by French patriot Mrs Gripouilleau.
