Davis Garrison Jr served as a B-17 pilot with the 483rd Bomb Group, 816th Squadron at Sterparone, Italy in early 1945. After the war ended, transferred to the 2nd Bomb Group and transferred groups from Pisa to Casablanca as part of “Homebound Airlines”.
