Assigned to 62FS, 56FG, 8AF USAAF. Failed to Return (FTR) in P-47 41-6224 'Two Roll Charlie'. Involved in mid air collision with P-47 41-6189 and bailed out but hit ground before parachute fully opened. Impacted at Valley Farm, Henham.
