(See additional info. in Archives)Flew in last mission of the 8th AF which was over Pilsen, Czechoslovakia to bomb the Skoda Works. A maximum effort was put up that day of 3500 B-17s and B-24s. We lost two planes and crews of our former group over the target. Ended up with 28 missions on 25 Apr 1945.
