Peoria, IL, USA | 22 October 2013 | Charles A. Seth Sr., was the son of Earl and Della Lanham Seth. He married LuWana M. Dugas on September 7, 1947 in Gilman, Illinois. She passed away Jan. 13, 2007. He was also preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Guy Seth, one grandson and one son-in-law, Roger L. Hobbie. He was a freight agent for Toledo Peoria and Western Railroad in East Peoria for 43 years. He served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II as a 1st Lieutenant. He was a B-24 navigator in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater. He flew 23 missions before crash landing in Sweden on June 21, 1944.
