Charles Holcomb Jr
MilitaryShot down by fighters and crashed at Berlin on 6/21/44 in B-24 #42-52579, Prisoner of War (POW). Was on the Black March from Stalag Luft IV in Feb 1945. Was a nose gunner on Lt. Patterson's crew. In November 2015, he shared his story with News-Messenger:
