Charles Stone served as a pilot with the 109th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron. He was Killed in Action on 6 June 1944. His body was recovered and is buried in Linden Cemetery, Texas.



He was married and his wife, Barbara Thompson, only died on 30 November 2015. She is also buried in Linden Cemetery.
