Surname misspelled. Bobrof is the correct spelling. Bob Bobrof was my granduncle. He was awarded the DFC, an Air Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, and a Purple Heart. I'm unable to add these awards to his profile as your awards list won't load on my computer. A memorial to Bob's downed B-17 is located in Persac, France. You can find a listing for it here: https://www.aerosteles.net/steleen-persac-b17
