Bartholomew DeBuona
MilitaryHis plane was the Pathfinder Deputy Lead of the 95th Combat Wing on a raid against an airfield near Paris, probably Villacoublay. The plane was shot down on the way home by a mobile battery of five 88s, 35 miles NNW of Chartres. Near Vigny. Three crew men parachuted safely and the rest were killed.
