Sergeant Albert J. Fabiani was born March 19, 1924, the son of Amedeo and Mary Fabiani. His hometown was New York, New York.

He was serving as the Tail Gunner aboard B-24 “Snow White,” tail #42-94834, of the 489th Bomb Group, 847th Bomb Squadron, when it went down over the English Channel on June 20, 1944. His remains washed up onto the shores at Loon Plage, France.

He is buried at St. John’s Cemetery in Queens, New York.
