42-31362 Alcohol Annie

media-23182.jpeg UPL 23182 B-17 42-31362 "Alcohol Annie" and a new crew, 24 June 1943.

Information from Dan Eibeck:
This photo 'was in the personal belongings of Carl O Atteberry who was KIA in the November 26, 1943 raid over Bremen. His widow placed his returned items in storage until her recent death which caused this photograph to surface again. Unfortunately, it did not have any names on it and it’s not clear why Mr. Atteberry had it among his possessions - without any clear service connection. I can only speculate he was a friend to one or more of the men in the photograph but, I fear the truth is lost in time.'

Does anyone recognize the men in this photograph?

Front Row second from right is Richard R Wilder
