Assigned to 417th BS, 25th BG. Lost on gunnery practice mission. A/C went out of control and crashed into sea after making pass on target drogue, possible that crew damaged controls with guns, stops may have been incorrectly set. Crashed into the ocean about thirty miles north of Borinquen Field Puerto Rico. Only one crew member baled out, suffering a broken ankle due to the low height at which he baled out. 1 x RTD, 4 x KIFA. MACR 1635.
