Delivered RAF [AN534] as part of Lend-Lease via Gander to 90 Squardon [WP-E] Polebrook 4-Apr-41; crashed on test flight take-off at Polebrook 28-Jul-41 with H. Brook, R. Bradley, R. Henderson, R. Muir, R. Smith, P. Pugh (6 Killed in Action); suffered severe turbulence with damage starboard wing and crashed Wilbarston, near Corby, Northamptonshire. UK 28-Jul-41. Salvaged.
