Within 75 minutes #3 supercharger failed. Losing altitude 14 miles from French coast, until a mile on from Dunkirk #1 prop ran away. Bail out was called and crew abandoned A/C into a minefield. 2 x rescued by ASR Walrus A/C from 277 Sqn Raf, 1 x POW, 6 x KIA. MACR 5387.
