Crashed at Shelf Moor 24 July 1945 en route from Poix to Renfrew. The crew consisting of George Johnson, Earl Burns, Beverly Izlar, Theodore McCrocklin and Francis Maloney and two passengers, Grover Alexander and John Dunlop Main of the RAF were all killed in the crash.
