Crash Landed/Written Off

Attlebridge, Norwich NR9, UK 24 December 1944 Lost #3 engine on approach to Attlebridge. Landed hot trying to avoid an a/c still on the runway in front. The landing gear caught a pot hole losing a prop which then cut the nose off #42-95511. No injures, but tow B-24's written off.
