B-17 Flying Fortress
Delivered Langley 5-Oct-39; 36BS/28BG Ladd Fd; with Chas Bockman force landed MacDill 9-Sep-41; transferred Geiger Fd, Wright Fd, with T.K. McGehee, crashed Nucla,CO near Lovelock, NV en route (8 Killed in Service), 9-Feb-42. Salvaged 26-Feb-42. This aircraft never served in combat and was never posted to the UK.
