Assigned to 334FS, 4FG 8AF. On 28 February 1944, this aircraft flicked over from torque while landing, killing its pilot, Lt. Robert B Frazer. While returning from a local flight in Mustang QP-N (43-6656), an eye witness saw as Fraser was “making a turning approach into the field his plane stalled and flicked over on its back, then nosed straight in.” KIFA.
