A P-51 Mustang, nicknamed "Man O' War" of the 4th Fighter Group, at Debden flown by Lieutenant Colonel Claiborne Kinnard, who commanded the group from August to late November 1944. The two projections from the cockpit are wing mirrors. Handwritten on slide:"C/C Rod on Kinnard's Man O'War Richie"

Victory marks on left side of canopy frame swing around to right side. Most were ground victories scored while he was with the 355th Fighter Group.

Assigned to 334FS, 4FG, 8AF USAAF. Initialy to Lt Colonel Claiborn H Kinnard Jr named "Zoot"/"Man o' War". Re-assigned to Lt Robert S Voyles renamed "Old Witch", later assigned to Capt Jack D McFadden as "Floozy Suzy ".
