19 May 44: Lost w/Brague Crew 718 A head-on attack by a German FW-190 immediately killed Brague and two of his gunners. Two crewmen were able to bail out before the ship exploded. Through the explosion, two more men who had their chutes on were blown out and were able to survive. 5 KIA, 4 POW, MACR 5246
